Happy Choong is a certified Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) Trainer. She has conducted Tour Planning, Handling Incidents during Travelling, Travelling Safety Awareness, Travelling Safety Prevention, Team Building, Customer Services Relationship Management for various organizations designing SOP and P&P, Entrepreneur, Labour Law and Sales & Marketing.
She started her career as a Tour and Sales Consultant focusing on customization programs for Corporate Clients. Happy specializes in Tour Planning for Corporate and Individual, Team Building vacation building, MICE (Meeting Incentives Conferences Exhibitions), dedicate planning, booking and facilitating conferences, seminars and other events. Happy has lead more than 100 overseas trips.
Her forte lies on Team Building. She has conducted various styles of team building for more than 2,000 participants to date. Her legendary Team Buildings are Adventure Team Building, Corporate Team Building, Fun and Leisure Team Building & Youth Team Building. Happy started her career in Tourism Industry Since Year 2014 after gaining her Diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management.

Raymond started his career at Five Star Diamond Hospitality Industry since year 2000. He specializes in F&B, Management and Human Resource with experience in conceptualizing, developing and managing organizational effectiveness and talent development.
Since 2013, Raymond had conducted more than 500 workshops consisting of 19,000 participants in various fields. He has provided soft and hard skill training which include self- development, supervisory training, sales and marketing and of course managing skills for management. His Teambuilding Programs, Business Development and Food Hygiene Training Certification are well sought after by many corporates.
Raymond has a heart and passion in developing people to their highest potential. He is a Exco of Yayasan Health on World (YHOW). He is frequently invited to give talks and facilitate Youth & Family Camps in Perak organised by Perak Family Health Association, The Kiwanis Club of Bandaraya Ipoh, Intelligent Youth Club etc..
Raymond is very passionate in what he does. He looks into fun and exciting approach to his workshop. And that keeps his participant wanting for more in a relax and yet fun manner. This learning environment allows the participant to gain knowledge easily and enjoy themselves even more during the sharing session. His sharing does not stop at the end of the event. He continues to support participants and companies at anytime after the events.
